❄️Winter Taxes...
Winter 2025 taxes were sent out on December 1st. They will be due on February 17, 2026. Please contact the office with any questions you may have. ❄️

*If you have always voted absentee, have not received an absentee ballot, and believe this was in error, please contact the office immediately*

Election News...
The permanent AV (Absentee Voter) Lists will no longer be maintained by the State. It will now be up to the voter to request an application for each future election unless you signed up for the Permanent Ballot List.

Permanent Ballot List:
If you signed up for the Permanent Ballot List you will automatically receive an Absentee Ballot for all future elections that you are eligible to vote in. If you receive a ballot for an election that you don't want to vote in, simply destroy the ballot or return it in person to the clerk's office to be spoiled.

You will remain on this list unless you request, in writing, to be cancelled or are no longer living in the State of Michigan.

If you are a "snowbird" or will be away from your home address for an election, it is up to you to notify the clerk of your temporary address. Ballots cannot be forwarded by the Post Office to a temporary address.
